🕒 Withdrawal Period

📦 Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The return must be made within 14 days following the notification of your wish to withdraw.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

🧾 Return Procedure

We will provide you with the return address and necessary instructions.
Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

❌ Exceptions

• Intimate or wellness products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards or final sale items.
